This noodle shop without signpost is more than 60 years old. The shop is located right on Truong Dinh Street. The address attracts tourists thanks to the delicious taste and “big” size of the piece of kidney. The noodles in the shop have two types of tough and soft. The owner said the noodles were taken from a kiln in Sa Dec (Dong Thap). After taking it, the noodles are carefully preserved to ensure the quality of sale to customers on food walking tour.
