It is known that this porridge shop here pioneered the “reform” of traditional porridge in Vietnam. Basically, the ingredients of the rib porridge are the same as the traditional porridge, but the cartilage ribs more suitable for young people are added to the porridge instead of the favorite minced meat of the children.

The ribs and cartridges in porridge bowl are so crispy, so delicious. The porridge here is ground smoothly, like children’s porridge, you completely no longer see rice grains. Porridge is cooked properly, each bowl of rice porridge is sprinkled with rousong, and the side dish – quay (Chinese oil stick) is always crispy.

The shop only sells from the evening to the night, serving people walking night market or on weekend. Every day, about 4 or 5 pm the restaurant starts to sell; but only until it is 8 or 9 pm, the restaurant really crowded.

Especially, because the restaurant sells until the night so this is a favorite place for the night meal. A bowl of porridge in Dong Xuan Market is priced at 25 to 35 thousand VND, but it is considered high-quality. Hang Bo Street

Also listed in the list of delicious porridge famous in Ha Noi, rib porridge on Hang Bo Street is also one of the food shops tourists on street food tour in Hanoi should come once. Called the restaurant but in fact, the shop just includes a pot of porridge along with a few items such as baskets of youtiao, baskets of bowls, chairs … all are brought in the quang ganh (shoulder pole and the bamboo frames on both ends) of the woman of about 60 years old.
